About our founder, Leanndra Yates, M. Ed.
Leanndra is a proud Chilean-American entrepreneur who aspires to empower families and educators to use their collective voices to reimagine education for children with exceptionalities.
Before founding Exclusive Insights, Leanndra spent over a decade as an intervention specialist, classroom teacher, elementary and high school administrator, and, for close family and friends, a special education advocate. Her direct experience in education allows her to create personalized plans for children identified with exceptionalities, such as talented and gifted or with disabilities.
Today, Leanndra is a board member and thought partner for multiple non-profits. She is the leading advocate in her area who seeks justice for students while remaining loyal to the profession of education. She understands how challenging the profession of education has become and is passionate about supporting teachers so that they can appropriately provide services for students with disabilities.
