Frequently Asked Questions

My child isn’t on an IEP. Can I still request your services?

Absolutely! Exclusive Insights was founded on the idea that families should know how the education system can support their child just like a school board employee does! Each child’s educational experience should be a positive one!

My child isn’t gifted but I think they might qualify for gifted services. How do I go about getting them evaluated?

You may request an evaluation through your local school district by sending an email to the school psychologist and copying a building administrator. This will start their internal process to get your child’s testing scheduled. You can also pay to have your child privately evaluated by an independent evaluator.

What if I select the wrong service when I request an invoice?

No problem; email support@exclusiveinsights.org that you would like to request an alternate service, and you’ll get a new invoice.

Is Exclusive Insights a non-profit?

Exclusive Insights is an LLC and is not a tax-exempt organization. Sponsorships are available so that services can be made available to all families.

I want to sponsor a family or families. How do I do that?

It’s easy! Send an email to support@exclusiveinsights.org, and we’ll set up a discovery call to identify which service or membership will best meet the needs of the family you’d like to sponsor.

I don’t live in Florida. Can I still purchase your services?

Yes! New clients who are out of state may request services. Current clients who move out of state may also continue utilizing services.

l want you to support my family all year, but I don’t know where to start!

All families new to special education or gifted services will begin as “New Private Clients”. This allows Exclusive Insights to deep dive into each piece of documentation regarding your child’s educational experience. Once you’ve used your two school team meetings, if you would like continued services you may purchase services for “Current Clients”.

What’s with the flowers and the lightbulb?

Exclusive Insights is committed to growth. The lightbulb represents new ideas and the environment where children are planted to thrive. The flowers are reminders that children will bloom at different times, and that’s ok! Notice how the flower has grown beyond the lightbulb.

When families and schools come together to create access and opportunities for some of our most vulnerable children, we see new ideas come to light (the lightbulb) and watch the child (the flower) blossom as they thrive with the appropriate support in place.
